Our Community Initiatives focus on supporting aspiring and newly licensed cosmetologists through impactful events, hands on workshops, and career development opportunities. We create access to beauty education, professional training, and real world experiences that help emerging stylists build successful and sustainable careers in the beauty industry.

Through our Beauty Resources Bank, we provide essential tools, equipment, and supplies to reduce financial barriers and support stylists as they transition from school to salon life. By combining community events with direct resource support, we are helping close the gap between education and long term success in the beauty profession.

The Stylist Startup Fund is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the next generation of beauty professionals as they begin and grow their careers. Our mission is to remove financial barriers by providing scholarships to aspiring cosmetology students and grants to newly licensed stylists transitioning into the industry. We are committed to delivering meaningful education, mentorship, and career development opportunities that promote entrepreneurship, professionalism, and long-term success within the beauty industry.
